What you are billed for, and how to cancel.

What the subscription includes

Drinq Pro unlocks the full app: your personalised preparation, fasting and refeeding protocol, daily checkpoints and supplement schedule, the AI fasting assistant and plan adjustments, evening calibration, hydration and progress tracking, and all future Pro features while your subscription is active.

Plans and billing periods

Drinq Pro (Weekly): 1 week, auto-renewing

Drinq Pro (Yearly): 12 months, auto-renewing

The exact price in your local currency, including any introductory offer or free trial, is always shown on the purchase screen before you confirm.

Auto-renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.

If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when a subscription is purchased during the trial.

Cancelling

iPhone or iPad: Settings › your Apple Account › Subscriptions

Android: Play Store › profile icon › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions

Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period you already paid for. You never have to contact us to cancel, and deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds

Apple and Google are the sellers of record for in-app purchases, so refunds are requested from and decided by them, not by us: Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com, Google at https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637.

Restoring a purchase

Reinstalled the app or switched device? Use "Restore purchases" in Settings with the same store account you bought with.
